About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic thinker to lead our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. As the Head of HSE Australasia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the HSE culture across our operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to drive HSE culture and ensure alignment with global standards and regional strategic plans.
  • Oversee the implementation and integrity of the global HSE management system, ensuring compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of HSE legislation and ensure that our operations meet all regulatory requirements across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Lead initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate HSE risks, working closely with site management to ensure effective controls are in place.
  • Manage return-to-work programs and provide strategic advice on case management to minimize lost time injuries.
  • Present monthly HSE performance reports to executive management, ensuring transparency and accountability at all levels.
