The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Hobart office. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through effective recruitment management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Staff Management: Ensure staff adhere to established practices and policies.
  2. Talent Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team of recruitment consultants.
  3. New Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities to drive growth.
  4. Client Relationships: Manage existing client relationships to align with business goals.
  5. Operational Excellence: Ensure profitable branch operations and deliver revenue targets.

This role involves occasional travel to multiple client sites. A current driver's license is essential.

Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams.
  • Commercial Acumen: High-volume environment expertise and excellent communication skills.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of local employment markets and associated challenges.
