
Midwifery Service Specialist

The Maternity Care Specialist will work closely with women and families to provide comprehensive maternity care. The specialist will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating midwifery care to meet the unique needs of each woman.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that take into account a woman's physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate services as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with women and their families. A high level of professionalism and discretion is essential in this role.
As a key member of our maternity team, the specialist will contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in maternal care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Current registration as a registered midwife or nurse practitioner.
- Advanced education and training in midwifery or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a maternity setting, preferably in a hospital or birth center environment.
