Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with the clinical team, and contribute to a positive hospital environment. This will involve recharting medications, supporting ward staff with procedures, reviewing post-operative and unwell patients, delivering education to nursing staff, and acting as a resource for nurses.

Requirements:
We seek a registered Nurse Practitioner with advanced clinical knowledge, skills, and extended practice utilising evidence-based practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills, as well as high-level communication, liaison, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Additionally, they must have evidence of a commitment to clinical and/or educational research and quality improvement, an understanding of the scope of practice as determined by AHPRA, and a demonstrated commitment to personal professional development and current trends in healthcare practice, research, and education.
