Job Title: Advanced Clinical Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Advanced Clinical Healthcare Professional to join our team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified individual with strong clinical knowledge, skills and extended practice utilising evidence-based practice to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About The Role:
  • Assist in developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practices in patient care.
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to nursing staff in the delivery of patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for healthcare professionals.
  • Evaluate and implement changes to clinical processes and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge, skills and extended practice utilising evidence-based practice.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in healthcare practice, research and education.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with relevant professional body.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated high level communication, liaison, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Evidence of a commitment to, and participation in, clinical and/or educational research and quality improvement.
