This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced healthcare professional to work in a clinical specialist capacity. The successful applicant will work closely with hospital coordinators and VMOs to provide support with clinical issues that develop, including recharting patient medications, providing staff education, and acting as a resource for nursing staff.
We are looking for someone with strong clinical, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills who is committed to providing the best patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with clinical issues that develop, including recharting patient medications, providing staff education, and acting as a resource for nursing staff.
- Work closely with Hospital Coordinators and VMOs to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and maintain advanced clinical knowledge, skills, and extended practice utilising evidence-based practice.
- Lead, mentor, and problem-solve in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Demonstrate high-level communication, liaison, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
