Job Overview:

This is a 48 hour per fortnight position that involves providing high-quality patient care in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proficient knowledge of current nursing practice and be able to deliver evidence-based patient and family-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised care plans, taking into account the physical, emotional and social needs of patients.
