  • Organizing travel arrangements for the Managing Director and ANZ team
  • Completing various administrative tasks as allocated by the MD or Senior Leadership Team
  • Managing the MD's diary and coordinating meetings
  • Assisting with report collation as needed by the MD or SLT
  • Managing calendars and agendas
  • Creating engaging content for the office noticeboard and other communications
  • Coordinating functions, catering, meetings, and team events
  • Managing office supplies, stationery, and business cards
  • Managing visitors, couriers, and mail
  • Maintaining the general office facility and ensuring it remains neat and tidy

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working as an Executive Assistant or Office Coordinator
  • Strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work under pressure and handle confidential matters with discretion
  • A self-starter with a passion for getting things done
  • Able to organize projects and multitask effectively
  • A proactive problem-solver with initiative
  • A strong team player who can also work independently
