Customer Service Consultant

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to take on a challenging role as a Customer Service Consultant.

  • The ideal candidate will be able to provide an exceptional in-store customer journey, empowering customers to transform their telecommunications experience through consultative selling approaches.
  • In this key member of our sales team, you will develop customised solutions for customers, leveraging knowledge of products and services to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • You will contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment, prioritising excellent customer service while working effectively under pressure.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services is crucial, with ongoing training provided to enhance skills and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying and meeting customers' needs through consultative selling approaches.
  2. Develop customised solutions for customers by leveraging knowledge of products and services to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  3. Work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment, prioritising excellent customer service while managing workload effectively.
  4. Stay up-to-date with products and services, participating in continuous training to enhance skills and drive career growth.

About You:

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Be able to build rapport with diverse customers, develop customised solutions, and meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Demonstrate a drive to learn and grow within the role, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Have previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
