We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to take on a challenging role as a Customer Service Consultant.
- The ideal candidate will be able to provide an exceptional in-store customer journey, empowering customers to transform their telecommunications experience through consultative selling approaches.
- In this key member of our sales team, you will develop customised solutions for customers, leveraging knowledge of products and services to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- You will contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment, prioritising excellent customer service while working effectively under pressure.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services is crucial, with ongoing training provided to enhance skills and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying and meeting customers' needs through consultative selling approaches.
- Develop customised solutions for customers by leveraging knowledge of products and services to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment, prioritising excellent customer service while managing workload effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with products and services, participating in continuous training to enhance skills and drive career growth.
