Veterinary Nursing Role

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care
  • Performing minor procedures when required
  • Maintaining the overall hygiene of the work environment, including clinical areas and equipment
  • Handling client enquiries professionally in person, by email and over the phone

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with minimum 2+ years clinical experience
  • An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of RX Works ideal but not essential
  • Confidence in monitoring anaesthesia
  • A calm, friendly and team-oriented attitude
  • Experience in team-based care advantageous
  • Ability to work well autonomously and also within a team environment
