Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/Design Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who enjoys working closely with clients, builders, consultants, and developers in the NSW HVAC industry.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC design engineering and client-facing engagement, with 5 years of experience in business development and client engagement. They will also have in-depth knowledge of the NSW HVAC industry, including established connections with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and Engineering: Design innovative HVAC systems customized to meet client needs, collaborating with our design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, offering tailored technical solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to expand our market presence and drive growth, leveraging industry connections and expertise.
  • Project Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, meeting client deadlines and expectations.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proposal Preparation: Assist in proposal preparation and project documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in business development and client engagement, including HVAC design engineering and customer service/proposal submissions.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the NSW HVAC industry, including established connections with builders, consultants, tenants, and developers.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
  • Perspectives: A dynamic engineer with a passion for innovation and a willingness to learn, able to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
