Senior HVAC Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead national contractor projects across Australia, working on complex Tier 1 HVAC projects such as cutting-edge data centres and hospitals, as well as major defence builds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing HVAC systems, including heat loads, duct/pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
  • Reviewing and developing design documentation and workshop drawings.
  • Managing commissioning plans and providing on-site inspections and technical reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, NCC, and HSEQ requirements.
  • Collaborating with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years' experience in mechanical services engineering (commercial or industrial projects).
  • Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in design, documentation, engineering change management, and commissioning.
  • Ideal experience in data centre or consultant-led projects.
  • Strong communication skills and growth mindset.
