Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC design specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing building mechanical systems, reviewing project requirements, and producing technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design building mechanical HVAC systems
  • Review project requirements and produce technical drawings
  • Ensure compliance with local codes and standards
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and support project management activities from design to implementation

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CAMEL, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
  • Experience in designing and modelling mechanical services HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of local building mechanical services codes and standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPEng, MIEAust, DBP Accreditation, NER) are a plus
