As a Business Development/Design Engineer, you will drive business growth by leveraging your industry knowledge and strong communication skills. In this role, you'll work closely with our design teams to develop innovative HVAC systems tailored to client needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HVAC system designs that meet client requirements, collaborating with our in-house teams.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored technical solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business through excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution from concept through delivery.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and client engagement, including HVAC design engineering and customer service/proposal submissions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the NSW HVAC industry with established connections with builders, consultants, tenants, and developers.
  • A dynamic engineer with a passion for innovation and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • A proven ability to combine engineering expertise with business acumen to manage projects successfully from proposal to completion.
