High-Performing Sales Professional Wanted for Bunnings Territory

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and business-minded sales professional to join our team in servicing several Bunnings Warehouses across an already successful area.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting TTI portfolio (Ryobi, AEG etc.) in their territory of Bunnings stores, achieving sales out targets and company set Key Performance Indicators.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive business relationships with all Bunnings store key decision makers in your territory.
- Promote the Onsite program to store key decision makers, gaining site leads that will generate new trade brand users.
- Monitor Bunnings Top Stock inventory, ensuring merchandising standards are at the highest level and engaging with consumers/end users at every opportunity.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge by attending sanction training courses, product functions, and completing online training.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and the overall performance of the Bunnings stores within your territory.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum 2 years retail/sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience in business driving.
- The ability to build strong relationships with excellent verbal and written communication.
- An intermediate-advanced level understanding of Salesforce/Sales cloud and/or ERP system.
- An intermediate level understanding of Outlook & Microsoft Office applications.
