Application Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Application Specialist within our IT department in Canberra. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled individual to contribute to the success of our organization by providing technical support and expertise.

About the Role:

  • This position involves executing tasks related to IT and business projects, ensuring controlled changes to maintain stability and security, managing IT processes including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for resolving incidents, problems, and service requests escalated from the Service Desk.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Application Specialist supporting enterprise Broadcast Management systems is mandatory.
  • Experience managing and supporting IBMS and/or Landmark is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies is required.
