Quality Assurance Specialist Role

About the Position:

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring quality and compliance in customer service and solutions teams. A strong candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience working in contact-centre environments, and knowledge of relevant regulations.

  • Conduct quality checks to identify policy breaches, process gaps, and potential risks.
  • Share quality assurance results with leaders, providing insights and areas for improvement in Customer Service and solutions.
  • Analyse outcomes and pinpoint areas for enhancement in Customer Service and solutions processes.
  • Identify red flags and suggest enhancements for processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills to drive team performance.
  • Strong analytical and technical abilities to provide constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks, such as AML, Privacy Act, and NCCP.
  • Previous experience in a QA specialist role.
