We're looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our team at FutureBrand. Someone who is curious, considerate and caring. Ready to seize the future and make an impact from day one. (By the way, that's likely the equivalent of a 'Senior Account Manager' in industry terms.)

As the ideal candidate, you'll be able to lead projects with confidence and ease, anticipate potential hurdles and enable expert solutions. You'll be a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of brand management, an eye for detail, and a confident manner for presenting and sharing your opinions and ideas. You'll work with the leadership team to help our clients build, grow and manage their brands, ensuring brand transformation projects are delivered to a high standard, on budget and on time.

Ultimately, we're looking for someone who can seamlessly step into our positive and productive team culture, bringing the self-motivation and drive to thrive, work, learn and grow together.

This is a contract role based in Melbourne for 12 months, but it could evolve into a permanent role in due course.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across the company and foster positive and productive working relationships between brand strategy, design, language, experience and brand management.
• Manage a portfolio of trusted client relationships to better understand, anticipate and meet their goals and needs.
• Support client challenges and build on branding ideas, bringing a solutions-focused approach to the role.
• Help interrogate briefs, develop workplans and proposals.
• Play a leading role in project delivery with a good grasp of brand management, project management and resource management processes.
• Support the wider team in delivering projects that range from branding research and strategy to language and design, innovation and brand experience.
• Manage reporting and financial aspects on clients and projects.

Experience

• Brand or account management experience, ideally in a branding and design environment.
• Ability to build meaningful and lasting client relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
• Experience in bringing teams together effectively to deliver project outcomes.
• Active listening and advanced communication and presentation skills with both clients and colleagues.
