Shaping Product Roadmaps through In-Depth Analysis

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical individual to play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive business and product analysis throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Elicit, document, and manage product requirements, including user stories and process maps.
  • Analyse customer and product data to understand how customers interact with our products.
  • Support the development of business cases and contribute to deal engagements with insightful analysis.
  • Assist in segment reporting, planning, and forecasting activities for new product introductions.
  • Contribute to pricing management strategies and track market and customer implementation activities.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with delivery teams on go-to-market activities.
  • Support product owners and principals on communications, documentation, and strategic artefacts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of enterprise experience in business and/or product analysis roles.
  • Proven ability to interpret and analyse customer and product data.
  • Experience in documenting requirements and creating user stories.
  • Exposure to supporting business case development.
  • Familiarity with market analysis and competitive landscape assessments.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
