Job Title: Senior Product Manager

 

Job Description:

As a seasoned product manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and development of our commercial packages portfolio. This role requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and strong leadership skills to drive initiatives across the product lifecycle.

 

  • Lead product development, enhancements, and maintenance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with actuarial teams to interpret catastrophe model outputs and assess complex underwriting referrals.
  • Identify and resolve product and pricing system issues, and lead the implementation of tactical pricing adjustments.
  • Facilitate broker and partner communications, deliver product training, and oversee intermediary performance reviews and facility arrangements.
  • Monitor and optimize portfolio performance, including financial outcomes, claims trends, and exposure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Strong experience in general insurance, with a focus on product and/or portfolio management.
  • Proven experience managing commercial portfolios or a solid background in commercial packages underwriting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product development, pricing reviews, or strategic planning.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders across underwriting, distribution, pricing, claims, risk, and compliance.
