Job Title: Technical Product Strategist

Product Management Responsibilities
  • Hardware Product Management:
    • Lead the development and execution of product strategies for the hardware portfolio, driving business growth through sales, units, margin, and core growth.
    • Define and execute compelling short, medium, and long-term product visions and roadmaps for the hardware portfolio, including vendor partner selection and evaluation.
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of vendor products to ensure the portfolio meets customer needs, focusing on quality, capabilities, and reliability.
    • Develop and maintain strategic vendor partnerships and long-term supplier relationships, fostering collaboration and mutual growth.
    • Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability, working closely with finance teams to model costs and analyze profitability.
  • Service Portfolio Management:
    • Manage service portfolios, including clinical services, education, and data services, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer success outcomes.
    • Develop comprehensive service offerings with clear value propositions, designed to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
    • Establish pricing strategies and service level agreements (SLAs) for each service offering, optimizing profitability and competitive positioning in the market.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing service performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to enhance effectiveness and expand portfolio capabilities.
  • Interfaces Platform Management:
    • Define and execute interfaces platform strategies to ensure seamless integration capabilities that differentiate Censis software from competitors and deliver superior customer value.
    • Lead API and integration roadmap development by identifying critical third-party systems, partner platforms, and customer workflow requirements to prioritize interface development efforts.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable interface architecture that supports current customer needs while building flexible foundations for future integrations and competitive advantages.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify integration gaps, emerging interface standards, and opportunities where enhanced connectivity can leapfrog competitor offerings.
    • Manage relationships with key integration partners and vendors to negotiate technical partnerships, establish integration protocols, and ensure optimal performance of critical interfaces.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Product Management Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing product portfolios, developing product strategies, and executing product launches.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to think strategically, develop and execute long-term product visions, and drive business growth through innovation and customer-centricity.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex product strategies and vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
