The Opportunity:

We're seeking a skilled Urban Planning Specialist to join our Planning team in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you'll provide expert advice and insights to our clients, leveraging your knowledge of land use, development capability, and statutory planning.

You will:

  • Provide a range of services including advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans, and the approval process.
  • Draft submissions, proposals, and advice for clients, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Contribute to the drafting of proposals, tenders, and submissions for projects, working closely with other professionals.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance initiatives and support Planning's Business Plan.
  • Actively promote the firm and its services to create business opportunities.

About You:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Urban Planning.
  • Holds tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Town Planning or a related discipline.
  • Possesses some experience in statutory or strategic planning, ideally gained in a consultancy or local government environment.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
