About the Role

This is an opportunity to join our Digital, Data and Technology (DDT) team as a Business Systems Lead. You will be responsible for taking ownership of our core enterprise platforms, ensuring they are stable, secure, and continually evolving to meet the needs of a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor system performance, proactively troubleshoot issues and coordinate timely fixes and support with internal teams.
  • Apply technical expertise to design, implement and evolve enterprise platform enhancements with measurable impact.
  • Lead the configuration and change management lifecycle of key systems - ensuring every update supports business stability.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and product owners to deeply understand processes and future technology needs.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud-based ERP platforms in a similar role.
  • A degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience, paired with a passion for delivering smart, scalable solutions.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise systems - ideally with exposure to TechnologyOne CIA, AP automation and HRIS Systems.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and application enhancements that improve efficiency, data integrity, and user experience.
