Job Title: Enterprise Power Platform Support Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled support specialist with expertise in enterprise Power Platform solutions. As a key member of our Managed Services organization, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and technical guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing Level 2/3 support for Power Platform solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Dynamics 365 modules
  • Maintaining automated workflows, collaborating with business users to gather requirements, and performing root cause analysis
  • Documenting support procedures and working closely with developers, analysts, and Microsoft support to resolve issues
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with current Australian Government information assurance requirements, including the Information Security Manual (ISM) and NIST CSF 2.0
  • Experience across various technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integration
