Loan Administration Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to ensure smooth loan administration processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing loan modifications, including changes in interest rates and repayment terms
  • Account reconciliations and reconstructions to maintain accurate records
  • Data entry into financial systems (experience with RFS/BDS is an asset)
  • Meeting productivity and quality targets through efficient workflow management
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall efficiency
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service, data entry, or administration roles
  • Experience in banking, finance, or related industries is preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and record-keeping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Proficiency in using financial software and systems, particularly RFS (detailed knowledge of BDS is a plus)
