The Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Hospitality Assistant.

This is a physically demanding role requiring regular bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing of items to carry out tasks safely. You must be able to perform these tasks without risk of injury to yourself or others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve delicious food to our residents.
  • Clean kitchen and dining room areas, including all related equipment.
  • Ensure excellent safety awareness and adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Make each dining experience enjoyable for our elderly residents.
About You
  • 6 Months kitchen experience preferably in the aged care sector.
  • Strong workplace safety skills, ability to follow procedures, and good communication skills.
  • Support residents around the dining halls and maintain a safe environment.
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to work with limited supervision, and think on your feet.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hard working, flexible, and available to cover shifts.
  • Bring genuine care and compassion to mealtimes.
