Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled digital editor to join our team and contribute to creating high-quality content that engages the audience.

The successful candidate will work closely with the managing editor to understand business objectives and guide content development based on their goals.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience as a digital producer working directly in a CMS and across social platforms.

They will have a deep understanding of SEO, Adobe/Google Analytics, and CMS, as well as excellent writing, editing, and subbing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise, create and edit content that meets brand guidelines and user needs
  • Work closely with the managing editor to drive content development aligned with business objectives
  • Track search trends and data using tools such as SEMRush to inform data-driven decisions
  • Optimise content for SEO/AEO best practice and user experience on all channels
  • Regularly monitor site performance and adjust strategy accordingly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a digital producer (3-5 years)
  • Deep understanding of SEO, Adobe/Google Analytics, and CMS
  • Excellent writing, editing, and subbing skills
  • Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
  • Strong commercial skills in driving revenue growth

Working Arrangements:

The role is Sydney-based, working from our office on a hybrid arrangement (three days in the office).
