Expert Videographer and Editor | $80,000 - $90,000 pa

Stonebridge Capital is a successful private equity firm based in Toorak, operating a portfolio that includes The Great Escape (multi-site entertainment venues) and VenueScale (a national growth consultancy for the entertainment sector). Led by two young, highly ambitious entrepreneurs, Stonebridge Capital has an opening for a fulltime content creator, to lead content production across our internal brands.

This role is perfect for someone who's not only technical with a camera and edits like a pro, but also has a sound understanding of marketing, virality and social media.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Filming high-quality promotional content for ads, websites, and socials
Editing short-form and long-form video content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Collaborating with founders and creative teams on storytelling and brand strategy
Developing content calendars and turning briefs into attention-grabbing assets
Producing engaging reels, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, case studies, and more
Maintaining a consistent visual identity across brands and campaigns
Working directly with the founders to build their personal brands

You'll Need

Demonstrated videography and editing skills, with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent
Ability to self-manage shoots, lighting, audio, and post-production
Strong creative instincts, with an eye for framing, rhythm, pacing and brand tone
Highly organised and fast-moving – you can juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
A professional attitude – you'll be shooting for businesses and founders who expect excellence

Bonus Points

Marketing knowledge or experience with performance-focused content
Familiarity with Meta ad formats and what performs on TikTok and Instagram
Ability to produce basic static graphic assets (e.g. Canva or Adobe Suite)
Experience working in entertainment, hospitality or service-based industries

Location: On-site in Toorak, VIC

Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Super (with room to grow based on output and performance)
