Financial Services Leadership Opportunity

Capstone is seeking an experienced professional to lead our ServiceNow practice in the Financial Services (FSI) vertical.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Expertise in FSI sector knowledge, preferably with tier 2 financial services customers
  • At least 5 years of experience working on ServiceNow
  • Technical and business consulting pre-sales expertise
  • ServiceNow architecture experience
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow into a broader technology ecosystem
  • Demonstrated understanding of service management and ITIL practices
  • Intrinsic curiosity and passion for researching current and emerging technologies

Key Responsibilities

  • Growing the ServiceNow footprint in existing FSI customers
  • Developing new FSI customers
  • Leveraging relationships with ServiceNow FSI Account Managers
  • Collaborating with a well-established marketing team
