Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, configuration and ongoing support of the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and maintain scalable, efficient and maintainable technical solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Collaborate with stakeholders, process owners and business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts and integrations.
Develop and manage APIs, data imports and scheduled jobs.
Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, development and security are applied.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and enhancement requests.
Support platform upgrades and patching activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with the ServiceNow Platform Owner and Design Authority to ensure technical governance and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required
Additional certifications such as Certified Application Developer, CIS HRSD, CIS IRM, CIS ITSM, CIS TPRM, CIS BCM are highly desirable.
Experience Requirements:
Early to mid-career SN specialist with hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
Experience in configuring ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, IRM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.
Knowledge of data modelling, CMDB and configuration management principles.
