Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized production assistant to support our creative team.

  • Assist with art department, wardrobe, cast and crew coordination, transportation, location management, and general office duties as required.
  • Provide overall production assistance and supporting tasks.

Our agency offers a wide range of services including public relations, advertising, content creation, design, animation, film, and audio production. We prioritize delivering positive outcomes for people, the planet, and places.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate interest or background in production with relevant experience.
  • Assist with budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Manage shooting schedules, call sheets, crew and cast lists, scripts, script revisions, and daily progress reports.
  • Coordinate transportation, logistics, equipment, and on-set facilities.
  • Source partners, companies, and suppliers for projects.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and work permits for cast and crew.

Required Skills:

  • Diploma in film or a related field of the creative industries (or equivalent experience).
  • Dependability, punctuality, and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Develop strong relationships with crew, suppliers, casting agents, etc.
  • Skilled negotiator to navigate multiple expectations and needs while managing budgets and quality.
