Personal Security Clearance Lead

As a key member of our team, you will lead a high-performing unit in Perth, managing complex personal security clearance processes across various security levels.

- Lead teams with attention to detail and ability to manage a complex process.\
- Be accountable for quality assurance, enforcing stringent quality controls on Personal Security Files (PSFs), and provide sound, data-driven advice on clearance outcomes.\
- Process security clearances meticulously, adhering to the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and industry best practices.\
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on Personal Security Files (PSFs) to ensure alignment with standard procedures and PSPF guidelines.\
- Collaborate seamlessly with multiple stakeholders and senior team members to deliver efficient caseload management and execution.
Requirements:

- Possess extensive vetting experience in government or similar high-security environments.\
- Hold a minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with opportunities to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as required.\
- Hold a Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting).\
- Leadership skills: Experience leading teams with a drive to mentor and lead enthusiastic security analysts.\
- Attention to detail: Meticulous scrutiny of extensive data and identification of potential security risks.\
- Quality assurance: Firm commitment to upholding high-quality standards in vetting processes and documentation, strictly adhering to PSPF guidelines.
