Personal Security Clearance Expert

As a highly skilled Defence Vetting Manager, you will lead a team of experts in handling complex personal security clearance processes across various security levels.
In this role, you will have supervisory responsibility for a high performing team, assessing clearance cases and leveraging your experience in vetting to help build the capability within your team.
You will be responsible for process security clearances meticulously, conducting thorough Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files (PSFs) and managing caseload and execution effectively.

Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a high performing team of Defence Vetting Analysts
- Assess clearance cases and provide expert guidance
- Conduct thorough Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files (PSFs)
- Manage caseload and execution effectively
- Extensive vetting experience in Government or similar high-security environments
- A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as required
- Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting)
