Security Clearance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Clearance Specialist to play a critical role in our operations.
As part of this position, you will be responsible for carefully assessing clearance cases and leveraging your expertise in vetting with attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes.
You will also be accountable for ensuring high-quality standards in Personal Security Files (PSFs) and provide sound advice on clearance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Process security clearances meticulously, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage electronic case management systems for efficient clearance processing.
- Offer expert advice on clearance outcomes while handling complex vetting cases and sensitivities.
Requirements:
- Attention to Detail: Carefully scrutinize extensive data to identify potential security risks.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold stringent quality standards in vetting processes and documentation.
- Time Management: Ensure timely completion of milestones and SLAs while managing competing demands.
- A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 certification, with opportunities to upgrade as required.
- Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting).
- Substantial experience in vetting (essential) in Government or similar high-security environments.
