About Rydges Gold Coast Airport Hotel

Rydges Gold Coast Airport is a 4-star hotel located near the beachfront, offering 192 coastal view or concourse view rooms. We are looking for a Food and Beverage team member to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing and serving food and beverages to guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
