Job Title: Career Advancement Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our team as a Career Advancement Leader.
About the Role:
This leadership role is responsible for designing, implementing, executing, reporting, and communicating quality assurance programs for our Claims Quality & Compliance function. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and meeting business objectives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team members to ensure their skills and knowledge are up-to-date and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of specialists within the CTP Claims Quality & Compliance function
- Design, implement, execute, report, and communicate quality assurance programs
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders
