We provide 133 local government entities with worker's compensation insurance solutions, safety and wellbeing services and are trusted as their workforce risk and wellbeing experts for their 37,000 workers.
The opportunity
As a Claims Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that StateCover's claims operations maintain high standards of quality and compliance. By conducting thorough quality assurance reviews and audits, you will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our claims processes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager and collaborate with various stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to enhance claims performance and mitigate risks. Your contribution will be pivotal in shaping our claims management practices, ensuring they align with regulatory requirements, legislation, and our internal policies. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of injured workers and return-to-work coordinators by ensuring that our claims processes are both compliant and empathetic.
Your story

With a solid background in claims management or quality assurance, you understand the complexities of the claims process and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement.
