We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our Rheem Sales team based in Melbourne, covering the Western region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop key relationships with customers to meet their needs and exceed sales targets
- Regularly call on customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new business opportunities
- Demonstrate a high level of diplomacy, professionalism, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits and interactions using CRM systems
About You:
We are looking for a driven sales professional with experience in the plumbing and building industry. You will have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with a competitive spirit.
