Customer Experience Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Analyst to support our Events Manager and broader team in data analysis, reporting, graduation preparation, and stakeholder liaison.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with project management, planning, and organisation of graduations
  • Supporting the annual event schedule and managing individual event data
  • Maintaining accurate records and data capture for all events
  • Undertaking regular process improvement reviews
  • Managing the events inbox and responding to enquiries within department guidelines

The ideal candidate will possess strong Microsoft Suite skills, especially in Excel, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also have experience working with 'EventsAir' management software and a proven track record of delivering results in similar roles.

Skills and qualifications required for success in this role include:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a data analyst in the event industry
  • Minimum 2 years' experience gained in a large-scale, multi-faceted events role
  • Events qualification or relevant experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
