We invite Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to join our community of technology professionals. This graduate program offers a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in technology and operations.
The role will involve working with multiple teams, including technical and non-technical teams, to deliver leading edge tooling and organisational optimisation. You'll have the opportunity to work on various projects, such as building reusable integration and automation assets, designing how customers interact digitally every day, and supporting the IAG technology strategy.
As a graduate in this program, you'll be part of a supportive team that values diversity and inclusion. You'll have access to cultural and ceremonial leave, as well as other benefits designed to support your career growth and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with multiple teams to deliver technology projects
- Develop skills in areas such as integration and automation, digital customer experience, and technology strategy
- Contribute to thought-leadership decisions to drive and deliver the IAG technology strategy
- You must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- A university degree or higher (from or be in your final year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2025)
- Access to cultural and ceremonial leave
