We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our Australian Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new partnerships with major retailers and digital partners, leveraging Mastercard's diverse services and technology solutions to create strategic partnerships that deliver value to Mastercard, our customers, and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of the end-to-end sale process, identifying new opportunities and closing existing pipelines of deals.
- Utilize superior communication skills to participate in and run face-to-face or video conference meetings, articulating the Mastercard value proposition and uncovering opportunities with prospective partners.
- Work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to define, influence, and execute the deal strategy, crafting a solution that delivers value to the client, Mastercard, and our customers.
- Manage finance, legal, and compliance activity required for deals, including tracking activity and creating persuasive sales presentations.
- Build relationships and influence senior stakeholders at top-tier organizations.
We are looking for a sales professional with a strong background in B2B sales, who is ready to take a big leap in their sales career. You should be a proactive, independent individual with a passion for learning, education, career, and personal development. You should be excited about the opportunity to work on complex, multi-million dollar deals with top retailers and digital players in Australia.
We value outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to display confidence underpinned by humility and professionalism. Comfortable being pushed to overachieve and pushing customers and colleagues to deliver while cultivating positive relationships. Project management background and proficiency in Excel and analyzing large data sets are favorable.
