Apartment Property Manager

Our company is seeking an Apartment Property Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of apartments, responding to and processing rental enquiries, and carrying out open inspections.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of apartments
  • Respond to and process all aspects of rental enquiries
  • Carry out open inspections, routine inspections, entry and exit inspections
  • Liaise with tenants and potential customers
  • Use the Console cloud program
  • Prepare, process and assist with the administration of leasing and property handovers
  • Tend to maintenance issues and schedule tradespeople
  • Varying administration tasks as required

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in all areas of Property Management
  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration qualifications
  • The ability to maintain and add to current policies and procedures to ensure our growing portfolio operates efficiently and effectively
  • Experience in Console Cloud would be an advantage
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
  • Excellent and professional communication skills
  • Currently working in Real Estate Industry, or relevant experience
