We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Enterprise Service Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Service Delivery Teams: Lead service delivery teams in delivering what is defined and outlined in service contracts on accounts of varying complexities.
Client Relationship Management: Interface directly with the client IT organizations and take primary responsibility for maintaining/developing the client relationship and ensuring client satisfaction.
Technical Support: Serve as the link between delivery resources and client organization for technical, service, and vendor issues, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Expertise: Proven experience in architecting and supporting sales of workplace solutions spanning underlying cloud infrastructure, enterprise mobility, and security.
ITIL Experience: Experience in an ITIL or ITSM managed environment and familiarity with ITIL best practices.
Microsoft Certifications: Microsoft Certification - Microsoft 365 Certified in one or more areas - Enterprise Administrator, Messaging Administrator, or Teamwork Administrator.
Education Background: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, or a related field.
