About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide support to our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing sales orders, quotes, and invoices. You will also coordinate delivery schedules and logistics, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues related to orders and billing.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices.

  • Generate and maintain sales reports.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with logistics or warehouse teams.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Assist with contract preparation and review.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administration support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and confident customer service approach, with the ability to handle concerns professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and sales/order processing software.
