Customer Solutions Specialist

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a professional individual to assist in customer project and reliability solutions for hydraulic rock drill and related products.

The aim is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction and maximizes customer retention. Position requires domestic and international travel and a 2/2 roster.

To Be Successful You Will:

  • Be self-motivated and have an eye for detail.
  • Have passion, organization, pro-activity and collaboration in your approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate and manage all on-site installations, commissioning, repair, maintenance, and test activities.
  2. Trouble shooting and issue resolution.
  3. Complete drill rig and lubrication audits and reports.
  4. Project execution and data recording.
  5. Provide detailed reports from site visits.
  6. Document processes for procedural development.

Requirements:

  • Working at Heights, First Aid, Dogging Rigging certificates etc. (not compulsory).
