Hydraulic Technician Role

Total Connections is a well-established Australian company specialising in the mobile servicing and replacement of hydraulic and industrial hoses, fittings, and components.

This role involves attending onsite breakdowns and performing hose replacements. The job also includes assembly and crimping of hydraulic hose assemblies, installation of new systems on plant and equipment, and diagnosing hydraulic faults and performing minor repairs.

  • Key responsibilities include providing field service in a mining and industrial context.
  • Applicants should have strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability, as well as good communication and customer service mindset.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for proactive individuals who can work independently in remote environments and maintain high standards under pressure.

  • Required skills and qualifications include solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability, good communication and customer service mindset, HR or MR class driver's licence, and Construction White Card.

Desirable skills include prior experience with hydraulic systems or hose and fittings, exposure to mobile plant, drilling rigs, or mining equipment, and Forklift licence or experience in fire suppression system servicing.
