About the Role

This challenging opportunity is part of a thriving entity within a major organisation's Parts & Services division.

We are dedicated to driving service excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will engage in a role that entails extensive domestic and international travel on a 2/2 roster, preferably based in a major city.

The role involves complete drill rig and lubrication audits & reports, installations, commissioning, and support of products and services, project execution, data recording according to project plans, mentoring & leading by example in service centres, provide product training both internally and externally, trouble shooting and strive to resolve issues and determine proper solutions, document processes for procedural development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete drill rig and lubrication audits & reports
  • Installations, commissioning, and support of products and services
  • Project execution, data recording according to project plans
  • Mentoring & leading by example in service centres
  • Provide product training both internally and externally
  • Trouble shooting and strive to resolve issues and determine proper solutions
  • Document processes for procedural development

  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Underground mining industry knowledge, specifically with the processes associated with hydraulic rock drilling
  • Experience with RDSA or OEM products
  • Computer literacy in word, outlook, excel, publisher & power point
  • Critical thinking, strong technical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive and ready to embrace change
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Excellent internal and external report writing skills, with high level of attention to detail
