Role Overview

The Financial Performance Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of retail assets. This position requires a high level of technical accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.

About You
  • You possess tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance, with certification such as CA or CPA.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial or management accounting, preferably within the retail property sector.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, with excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial reporting across a portfolio of retail assets, including month-end, year-end, BAS, GST reconciliations, and tax forecasting.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with Centre and Portfolio Managers to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Deliver insightful management reporting with variance analysis and commentary for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving processes, automating reporting, and ensuring timely delivery of property finance activities.
