Building Review Technician Role

The Building Review Technician is responsible for assessing and validating building reports, scopes of work, and quotes to support claims management teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and negotiate building costs with suppliers to minimize claims expenditure
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, claims team members, and supplier relationship teams
  • Evaluate scopes of work and quotations in a timely and accurate manner
