As a seasoned building expert, you will lead the way in providing expert advice on building repairs and overseeing a team of consultants. Your key responsibilities include conducting thorough investigations, preparing comprehensive technical reports, and collaborating closely with clients to resolve site issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct unbiased examinations for diverse clientele.
  • Compile detailed reports documenting causes of failure, extent of loss, and recommended rectifications.
  • Demonstrate unwavering technical competence in all aspects of Building Consultancy, including warranty assessments, litigated claims, complex causation analysis, scope of works definition, estimating, and project management.
  • Remain current in professional knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing industry publications; establishing professional networks; participating in relevant associations.
Requirements
  • Prolonged experience in building consultancy work (min 5+ years).
  • Strong commercial acumen and business understanding.
  • Excellent client relationships and communication skills.
  • High motivation, accountability, sound judgment, and customer focus.
  • Leadership experience or aspirations.
  • Previous experience in documenting and leading a wide range of projects.
